To encourage students to study diligently, pursue innovation, and strengthen the integration of theory and practice during their academic years, State Power Investment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "SPIC") has established the "SPIC Scholarship" at the school. It aims to award scholarship to full-time students of College of Smart Energy who have excellent academic performance and moral character, outstanding academic achievements, as well as innovative spirit and practical abilities.

Freshman Special Program: Open to first-year undergraduate students in the SPIC-CSE integration classes of the college. This scholarship has no grading, with a standard of 5,000 yuan per student.

Upper-class Special Scholarship: Open to students of all grades except first-year undergraduates, master's students, and doctoral students of the school. It is set with different grades.
